Description of the duties of a teacher librarian

I am writing here what I think a teacher librarian is so that I can see how far I have gone by the end of this subject. I have used the notes I made from ASLA as a source. The link is given above.
A teacher librarian:
Manages, collects and maintains the resources in the library; they help staff and students with the information process and its associated skills; encourage use of the library by the school community and serve its needs; work collaboratively with teachers; lead professional development by example and by actual teaching and learning; develop within the students a working knowledge of the ISP.
